First-hand Advocacy, Training & Auditing Experience

Our board of directors have a combined first-hand advocacy experience of more than 85 years as frontline advocates working directly with clients and over 25 years’ experience of managing statutory and generic advocacy services to clients who have experienced disempowerment. Our board is broad and representative of advocacy, NHS, social care, voluntary sector and business sectors. The following list represents advocacy we have experience of providing.

People deprived of their liberty within the community under the MCA 2005 (Community DOLS) We also have considerable experience of writing, delivering and assessing Health & Social Care sector related training and auditing such services in readiness for social care providers CQC inspection.

TRAINING- We have over 28 years experience in writing, delivering and assessing in Social Care related topics such as Advocacy, Mental Health, Mental Capacity including DOLS.

INDEPENDENT AUDITING- We provide a popular auditing service to support you prior to CQC inspections to showcase your strengths and highlight and weaknesses that can be addressed prior to any inspection.
